another hour or so, a brand new year begins
and i knows,
a BETTER year.i've learnt to grow,
i've leant to count my blessings,
i've learnt to appreciate the things around me,
and somehow i've learnt to smile along the way.
though the year have not been smooth, may not have been what i really wanted,
but all the problems faced, have made me a step closer to being a better person,
and hopefully closer to God.
through this year, God showed me through this journey that i took with His unconditional love and care.
and i know for sure His love, would bring me through the next year
its now another stop, a brand new journey ahead
no one knows what to expect, neither what bumps i would meet along the way
maybe some brand new experiences,
some new tasks, some new problems
or maybe some brand new faces i'll meet.
No one knows for sure it would be a smooth year ahead
theres no guarantee i will not faced frowns or worries
but all in all i know, i will enjoy and smile no matter what comes my way.
i pray that the battles will be few,pleasure many,
wishes and dreams fulfilled, confidence and strength rebuild.
May peace of heart fill all our days and may serenity grace our soul.
May tranquil moments bless our life and keep our spirit whole. Amen.
